Regarding delays in delivery of pre-ordered items (PROFIX TS1-B02)

Regarding the pre-order item (TS1-B02), there is a delay in the expected arrival date due to the current impact of the COVID-19 outbreak.
We apologize for the delay in delivery of the product.

When we accepted the pre-order, we announced that the items would be shipped in mid-September, but we are now planning to ship them in early October. We will be sending out emails to customers who have made pre-orders individually.


We cannot accept any inconvenience caused to our customers who have already purchased our products, so we will also accept cancellations of your order.
