Disadvantages of imported goods

Sometimes it's a little dirty

Sometimes, products may become slightly dirty during the manufacturing process at factories or during the long journey to Japan. If you have any products that are badly damaged, please feel free to contact us.

There may be small scratches

As mentioned above, small scratches may be found. Please understand that minor scratches are acceptable. If you have any scratches that you think are too severe, please feel free to contact us.

Many initial defects

Compared to "MADE IN JAPAN" products, there is a high rate of initial defects. The "initial defect rate of imported products" handled by our company is about 5% on average. Of course, if there is a defect, we will promptly respond to compensation, so please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.

No instruction manual or in a foreign language

At SUPER Wholesale World, we deliver imported products found by our buyers in their original condition. Therefore, instruction manuals may not be included or may be in a foreign language.

For products with easy to use instructions, we will state the instructions on the purchase page. For products with difficult to use instructions, we will post an instruction video on YouTube so that you can check it out before purchasing.
